BRIAN ROSNER is a third generation owner of Best Personnel, Inc. which was started by his grandfather in 1952. Brian has a masters degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology and has had an active roll in the company since 1998. As acting CEO, he has set a high standard for communicating in an honest, efficient and timely manner for all those that seek our services.
